Research Focus
Non-Ruminant and Fish Nutrition and Physiology: to provide knowledge and methodologies to understand and investigate pathways of nutrient flows from feedstuffs to products of animal origin within the food chain, focusing on non-ruminant animals and fish. This includes using metabolic pathways in these species to understand their unique modes of action.
